"Edit review 2/22/2020 Yesterday my irrigation line from the water main broke resulting in water all over my front yard. After calling Reddi Service within an hour Gerald Schutz arrived and within a very short time had cut out the bad section and repaired the connection. He met with me and explained and showed me the problem and how it would be repaired. Upon completing the repair he asked to see the fixed connection and asked me if I had any questions he could answer.He was very friendly and helpful. His level of customer service went above and beyond anything I've seen from previous services. I highly recommend Reddi Services and Gerald Schutz, as he did a great job for us"

"Service date was August 25, 2020. Appointment was made from one day to the next. Our service person was Aaron Taylor. He did an outstanding job and saved us over $2,500.00, by providing a thorough complimentary camera inspection of our main sewer line from the outside (no mess inside), in order to provide us with an accurate estimate and diagnosis. I had a previous company come in, where they wrongly diagnosed roots in the pipes and that they would have to dig underneath our home from the outside to get to the toilet pipe and replace it. Upon the camera inspection, which Aaron shared with me and after talking to his Manager, Jake, they recommended we do a hydroscrub to clean and clear the clog, which was found through the main sewer line. As soon as that was done, our toilet flushed normal again and there was no issue with roots that they could see. Needless to say, we were relieved and grateful that we got a second opinion and that we found a company with the right equipment and knowledgeable staff, who wanted to do the job right at a fair price. Based on all of the above, I would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again. P.S. They follow all safety protocols."

Been in business for 9 yrs, mostly Residential although I have completed my commercial test and passed it. I am a Husband married 25yrs and a Father of 5, my oldest 37, youngest 11. My 2 youngest are adopted grand children. I have 7 grand children. I am a totally committed Church guy with 28 yrs in my local church. Don't drink smoke or curse. "We returned from vacation to see water running down the street from our house.  Looked like the water main was leaking, the water main box was flooded.  Called City of Phoenix, took them 2 days to come out, then all they did was say we were leaking 4 quarts a minute in violation of city policy.  And left.  I called Tutko at 7am and was surprised they answered.  I explained out leak and they said that was big, we were wasting a lot of water and expense, so they squeezed us in first and were here by 7:40 am.  Wow, impressive.  I should mention I am a previous customer, and I'm so happy I am one!  It took about 2 hours in the sweltering heat and humidity (today) to fix it but the employee was nice and did not complain.  Very professional.  Very happy with Tutko plumbing.  They saved the day! <br />"
