He put down flooring, new cabinets, and had a good idea of using a tight space to add a broom closet. He installed a shower , new flooring and found the space to add a half bath downstairs. I would highly recommend Joyce Factory Direct to everyone! They also had a book with the different style walls that go in the shower and around the tub with lots to choose from. I went with the white marble look that has grey accents to it. Very beautiful! They also use a certain material behind the walls that is waterproof & moldproof! I can’t even believe they got the perfect sized tub for the master bathroom! It’s even deeper than the original that was there! No more leaks either! Everything from start to finish was so professionally executed! Everything is wonderfully beautiful now! Highly recommend!!!"

We worked with Palmetto Renovations from fall of 2023 through February of this year and we should have connected with their design specialty showroom and staff years ago as our home has never looked better. Our kitchen finally features real stone quartzite with a blend of stunning LVP waterproof flooring, elegant tiled backsplash and an entirely new lighting system from chandeliers to the under cabinet lighting. They replaced a window in the bay area to match the exterior clad. All trim was stained and by the time things were wrapped up, there were no imperfections to even address.
