"Started a little shaky with an employee making appointments but not actually putting them on the books, but when I called for a missed appt., I had immediate response. The owner came out the next day, drew up the plan, gave us the options for the tub (deep soaker), surround (goes to the ceiling), shower head and fixtures. He made some suggestions that really helped (corner shelves, grab bars). He made it easy. No price games were played, like I can do this if you book today, or let me call my boss to see what we can do. He gave us a discount for cash payment. The work was done as soon as the parts were available. The installers were friendly and courteous. They cleaned up everyday before they left. I would absolutely use Rebath again"

"It's hard to say at this point because I haven't used the design to determine if it was a good one or not.  He included an estimate with the design which was a little more than I was ready to spend on the kitchen remodel but probably reasonable.  It took him a little while to get back to me with design and he did apologize for the tardiness.

"I contacted Rett after 5:00 on Wednesday and scheduled an estimate for new granite kitchen counters for the next day. He called to let me know he was going to be 5 minutes late, which I found unnecessary, but a good indicator of his professionalism. He measured, showed us samples, and answered all of our questions. He was up front about the cost, including the fact that his crew can't do the plumbing work, and I would need to schedule that separately at an additional cost with either the guy he recommends or with another plumber of our choosing. We found him quite personable, well informed, and professional.
Rett met me for my lunch break the next day to pick out a slab of granite. I wasn't sure after the first place, and he didn't seem to be bothered at all to take me to a second vendor. Again, he answered all my questions, and I felt that he gave me an honest opinion even at the risk of prolonging the process of choosing the slab. I did find the right slab on Friday, so he was able to schedule our install for the next Wednesday.
Rett came along with the installation crew, again answered all my questions, and got them all lined out. The installers were professional, and did what I believe to be a very good install job. I had originally made a decision to not have them seal the backsplash. When I changed my mind at the last minute, the installer didn't miss a beat, even though it meant he had to stay longer and do more work. They did a fantastic job, and cleaned up after themselves quite well.
I would absolutely recommend Rett and his team."
