"Replaced my outdoor faucet quickly that I couldn't budge with my tools. Answered all my other plumbing questions. Price was high, but I've never seen a plumber or electrician charge less than a couple hundred no matter how simple. I have peace of mind though with the year warranty."

"Installation took place 14 days after I had accepted the bid, which was contingent of them getting my broken one repaired the next day free of charge, Which they did. I would have rated them 4.5 stars if possible,"

"It was a pleasure to work with Justine from Prostar Water Inc. She was on time and provided a competitive quote. She was patient in explaining the different options I have. Definitely would highly recommend her."

"When our hot water heater died on us, leaving us with ice cold showers, we quickly called Team Enoch. They have done all sorts of work for us before from plumbing and electrical repairs to HVAC and roofing repairs and they continuously give great service! Our service tech Derek was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He answered any questions we had and did a great job installing the new hot water heater. Everyone we have ever dealt with there - from office staff to the crew - have been wonderful. We very highly recommend them! Megan C."

"Contacted after foundation repair. Inspection found sewer line break under slab, tested and quoted price. Work began following week and continued through the following week due to weather (rain). Project completed, though I'm still awaiting final receipt still after work completion I have their initial receipt and work was done to satisfaction. Seem like good company just a bit slow on receipts. Other than that I'd recommend and would use again."

"Responsive, excellence customer service, completed the evaluation and replacement of water heater in a A little over 2 hours. Kept me informed of during each phase of the installation and insured the installation was up to code. I will use them again."

"I have used Jacobs Water for two projects, i.e., water softener replacement and water heater replacement. Both times Justin has been great !! He was able to do the work within 2 days after I contacted him and his price was less than half the prices quoted by other contractors. In both cases, I purchased the replacement equipment from a big box store and Justin picked up the equipment directly from the store. Because I live in another state, I conducted all of the business with Justin over the phone and I've had no complaints from my tenants who had the face-to-face contact with him. I highly recommend Jacobs Water."
