My visit to the large modern shop was eye-opening - PureLife can fabricate just about anything made of metal...design, cutting, bending, assembling and of course welding! My job was a relatively minor fix by comparison to the big projects underway, but the employees dropped what they were doing and welded my badly damaged 46" mower deck while I waited...approx. 20 minutes - that's amazing customer service! JR recommended a torsion spring slightly longer than the original installed by the builder. The reason was that the original had snapped after only three years, and while it could have been defective, the thought was that a spring slightly larger than that recommended by the manufacturer would create a better system. He also explained to me that there was no reason to replace the other at this point and that there would be no future savings in the case I did, that I would be charged the same now as later since the second diagnostic fee would be waived. Angel performed the installation. The consummate pro, he was extremely careful and exacting in all aspects of the job. Naturally, he made certain that the tension for both the new right torsion spring and the old left torsion spring was the same. A line is drawn across the length of the torsion springs so that the rotations can be measured. Angel also answered my questions as he completed the different stages of the work. I highly recommend Angel and JR. $350: an RHS-mounted torsion spring (225 30" 2") $75: diagnostic Tax Total: $460.00"

"Do not work with these people. They come out and recommend replacement of all the springs on the door, plus replaceing all the bearing wheels. When you don't go along with their recommendations they roll all the costs into the work that you are having done. In this case, one spring and installation, $450. Got it done by another company for half of that, $210. Called them to complain, their excuse was they are a bigger company and their prices are higher. The customer should not have to pay for their company being bigger. Very, very, disappointed in their approach and professionalism."

"Do not hire him m. He is a scam artist. He will take advance money from you for work but then will never show up or answer your call. He did some bathroom remodeling work but that was also horrible. Again he is a scam. Be very careful with him"
