"They arrived within 90 minutes and cleared our main sewer line, on a Saturday, when nobody else seemed to be available. I called 4 different companies before I contacted HomeAdvisor. Every one was booked. We also had them use the camera thing to see what the problem was. My only complaint was the cost. $225 seemed like a lot to clear out a sewer line, but I didn’t have much of a choice, with our main sewer blocked, we couldn’t use any water at all. The camera thing was another $150, but would have cost $225 another time, so we decided to get it done. So, because it happened on the weekend, it cost us a total of $375."

"One of the main things I asked them to do was do a camera survey of my sewer line in order to see what and where the problem was. Their camera probe was too big to go through the line from the toilet end and my sewer line does not have an exterior cleanout access as it goes directly into the city system. So while the line is cleaned out for now, I am hoping there won't be a recurrence and a need for redo any time soon. The technician was very nice and totally cleaned up the floor before he left."

"The plumber came almost at the end of the appointed time. When he arrived, he was fairly arrogant, and refused to negotiate despite coming from Angie's list. Lastly, he repaired the leaky line in about an hour, charging $530, and also did not provide the water plastic box for water line. We had to purchase one from another store. When I paid for the invoice, they didn't tell me that they are charging additional 3% with credit card. All in all, they did the work, but at a high price, and so so customer service."
