"Water Heater Masters were top-notch! I called on a Saturday afternoon - they were available 9am Sunday morning to come and inspect and quote. They only had one guy working that day, but scheduled me for Monday morning between 8 and 9. At 8:15am I got a call with an ETA of 8:45, which was a really nice touch! Despite telling me it would take an entire day to install, they were done by 1pm. They also found some creative ways to do the install to avoid drilling through my stucco (for the exhaust vent and for the condensate run-off). Very professional and clean-looking install. These guys may not always be the cheapest around, and they recommended a top-of-the-line heater (which is what I really wanted anyway), but I'd much rather pay a little extra for that level of service and support. "Talked to Carl. About an estimate and he came out the following day. He assessed the problem we were having and explain what was going on. He asked some questions regarding the toilet and suggested the best solution would be to replace it. We scheduled a date for the removal and replacement and he would procure the necessary items to complete the job. After the install, he checked for leaks made sure it operated as advertised and the the work area was cleaned. All in all, it was very pleasant experience and I would use hime again."

"We opened this project through Angi on a Sunday afternoon, after our water heater started leaking on Saturday afternoon and completely stopped heating our water that night, I had been calling multiple plumbers with no luck (except high prices and a few day wait) the water heater guyz matched to us and called while I was still on the phone with the Angi agent! I called back Ty once I was off the phone with Angi, I then sent him a few pics of our water heater/water heater closet area and he was able to call me back and discuss a new tank vs tankless water heater. We decided to go with a new tank water heater and Ty then sent us an estimate that we signed and was able to schedule us for the next morning, Monday morning to get the water heat replaced! The gentleman Joe that he sent did an amazing job, very kind, efficient and professional. A few hours later we had hot water and 2 days later we had our inspection from the city. "When Steve came out to bid on the project we spent time going over the problem and he did some testing of the water line. Then he checked the water heater which needed to be replaced. The crew came in took care of both problems. They did an outstanding job. There were obstacles along the way and they handled them quickly and efficiently at no additional cost and hardly a blink of the eye. "The day the service was scheduled did not go well. We were scheduled between 8 and 12, but they called in the morning to move it back to 10 to 2. I called them after 2 because we had not heard anything. The technician finally came around 3:45. I think it is very poor customer service to expect someone to wait all day for a service call. Once the technician arrived the service was done very professionally. He did find that they should have enlarged our vent with the install two years ago, and they will have to come back and do that. It makes me think they did not have proper attention to detail during the install. There also was an up-sale so that a $79 service call ended up costing us over $450."
