"Water Heater Masters were top-notch! I called on a Saturday afternoon - they were available 9am Sunday morning to come and inspect and quote. They only had one guy working that day, but scheduled me for Monday morning between 8 and 9. At 8:15am I got a call with an ETA of 8:45, which was a really nice touch! Despite telling me it would take an entire day to install, they were done by 1pm. They also found some creative ways to do the install to avoid drilling through my stucco (for the exhaust vent and for the condensate run-off). Very professional and clean-looking install. These guys may not always be the cheapest around, and they recommended a top-of-the-line heater (which is what I really wanted anyway), but I'd much rather pay a little extra for that level of service and support. Thank you!"

"The team installed my new water heater quickly and professionally. Everything works perfectly, and I finally have consistent hot water. Highly recommend their service!"

"Thank you for resolving our water heater issues. This company was very responsive, setup same day appointment over the phone and had the repairs finished within 2 hours. Honest evaluation and fair price."

"????? I can?t say enough good things about The Water Heater Guyz! Our water heater stopped working, and they were able to get us taken care of much faster than we expected. From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and what our options were. The installation was done quickly, and you could tell they take pride in their work. They made sure everything was working perfectly before they left and even cleaned up the area when they were finished. It?s refreshing to find a company that?s honest, reliable, and doesn?t try to upsell you on things you don?t need. The price was fair, the service was outstanding, and the whole experience was stress-free. If you need a water heater repaired or replaced, I highly recommend The Water Heater Guyz. I?ll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs!"

"Platinum plumbing was very flexible, specific about requirements and excellent to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We had a standard water heater installed in place of a solar water heater."

"Sam's Plumbing installed my water heater at a good price, did a great job, was very neat, and answered all my questions. I will call on Sam's Plumbing the next time I have plumbing needs."

"The work done by Amir was excellent. He worked competently and efficiently. He is a good listener and answered my questions. In addition to the beautiful water heater installation he fixed a problem with the sink that I asked him to look at."

"August 25, 2026 Rated 5/5, I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service provided by Horacio Parker, a plumber with Beutler Air Conditioning and Plumbing. On August 25, 2026, water was leaking from my water heater onto the garage floor. Mr. Parker responded promptly, listened attentively, and showed patience, empathy, and understanding of my concerns. He was courteous, polite, friendly, and maintained a professional, positive attitude throughout the service call. Mr. Parker shut off the power and water, drained the old 75-gallon Bradford White water heater, and installed a new 75-gallon Bradford White Energy Saver water heater. He communicated clearly and showed me how to shut off the water to the house and turn off the water heater to help prevent future flooding. Mr. Parker is an asset to Beutler Air Conditioning and Plumbing, and any company he provides service to Lovevasia Bey"

"Jared showed up and wasted no time in doing two things at once (draining the hot water heater and repairing a small fireplace gas leak). He educated me a little on what he was doing which is always helpful. He was also careful to keep his booties on, so as not to ruin the shiny wood floors. Highly recommend based on this experience."
