"It went great! Patrick came out on a Saturday to see what was causing my line to back up. He used his camera to find mud in a section of my pipe indicating some type of crack or break. Gave me my options for fixing it. He started his repair two days later on Monday and finished up today, Wednesday. They dug roughly, a 4ft by 3ft hole to get down to the pipe and ended up digging two more feet towards the basement to ensure that they connected the new pipe to a solid piece of the existing pipe. Very competitive pricing, I called two other plumbers who were both higher priced by at least 2K and didn't offer as good of a warranty on their work. Very knowledgeable, able to help me understand how my whole sewer system works. Very professional, got the permit with the city, busted the work out, got the job inspected by the city and Closed up the hole. Patrick and his crew were also able to remove a piece of cable that someone previously broke and left in the pipe ( from that machine that rods your line). I highly recommend Patrick and his crew. "The basement had an awful sewage smell and the water from the basement washing machine, sinks, and toilet wasn't flowing into the ejector pump pit to be pumped out into the overhead sewer. Water had also backed up into the laundry room. J & S came the next day, inspected line with camera, and did a rod of the sewer line. The main pipe under the basement foundation was clogged bad; however, J & S opened the line and fixed the problem. The employees (Daniel, Jorge, and Rosalio) were on time, very professional, and cleaned before leaving. Daniel also pointed out some other sewer/plumbing issues that he recommended be fixed in the future (with-out being pushy). I would recommend this company after my experience with them."

"People's Gas, on a routine check of the lines, found two leaks on our main gas line into our condo building. People's Gas put us through the ringer (wish we could Angie's List them because they would get an F-) Tried a different provider to fix the leaks and they never called back. Called Charlie and it went AWESOME! I told him the situation...we even had to reschedule twice because People's Gas couldn't do what they were supposed to do when they were supposed to do it...Charlie flexed every time and worked around the delays.
