Today, I needed several things done (unclogging a slow drain, painting the fitting on a propane line, and fixing a leaky outside faucet), and Josh came out to perform all of the work (I sprung the final job on him last minute, and he was very professional and courteous - telling me that he had the necessary parts on his truck to do the work right then). Pro Plumbing practices up-front pricing, so after inspecting the areas where the work needed to be done, Josh was able to provide me with an itemized cost list, such that I could see exactly what I would be paying for each task (which allowed me the flexibility to choose whether or not I wanted to complete everything that day). Josh was very knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing as he went along - making sure that everything was working as expected once he had completed each job. He also inspected everything after he had tuned the water back on - to ensure proper water flow to all faucets. As a bonus, he even showed me where to find the backflow valve for my irrigation system. "Scott was great to work with. He was promo in emailing me and talking to me about my repair, which was tremendously helpful since he was the second company I had attempted to use after the first failed to make the repair. I sent him pictures and he gave an initial estimate of $250. The pipe where the leak was a polybutylene pipe, which I was worried would cause an issue, but he said it wasn't a problem. I scheduled him to come out on Saturday, but he called on Friday and said he was in the area and wanted to take a look. I was already home from work for lunch, and so he stopped by. He brought another tech with him, and were able to get the work done then. The entire service took only 20 minutes! Even better, the cost was a third less than he had estimated. After the fact, I had to pass on his insurance and license information to my Condo Owners Association, and he sent me the info within 24 hours. They did an excellent job.

"If I could give more stars I would!! Billy and his team are knowledgeable, fast, kind and affordable. They know what they are doing and truly care about the work that they do. We have an older home and have had quite a few plumbing issues in the past, but thanks to Appius plumbing I don't worry about ever having another plumbing issue again. "Very hard workers, renovated both bathrooms from plumbing to shower doors and trim. It looks great. We have 26year old house and apparently 15 years ago the plumbing was recalled due to failures. Justin Shane changed plumbing in crawlspace to all lines into the house and outside spickets. Found out during this process that our hot water heater was rusting and was replaced. We had bath walls and vanity damaged and had to be returned and replaced. This put us behind and Lowes never offered to deliver any of the products that had to be returned. Justin took items back and got replacements. The return process took over an hour each time due to Lowes unorganized process. There was 5 items damaged when we got back here with them. Justin worked late several nights in order to keep on schedule due to Lowes terrible quality control. All in all, Justin did a great job and we would hire him again."
