"Had the A/C unit maintenance. That meant the outside unit cleaned and the inside unit cleaned and all components tested. Right away they did not have a vacuum cleaner to use so I got mine out. On the phone they explained in detail what they would do and when I asked them are not you going to pull the condenser out to clean they said they might hurt the lines. As a professional your should know how to do it and on the phone they said they would. That did not happen and that was the main reason I had them come because they said they would pull it. They pulled the electrical cover off outside unit and found a dead mouse and a nest. After they left I noticed they left the mouse and nest next to unit. The started to clean the outside unit and I asked are not you going to take off the outside cover that is how everyone over the years has cleaned it. He said he did not need to. That unit was not cleaned right. A couple days later I called said I had a leak in inside unit and he never cl"
