"Innovative Home Improvement is hands down the best contractor I've hired. They are professional, courteous, and hard working. I asked four different contractors to submit quotes for the job and Paul came back with a price at or below the others, but quoted premium insulated vinyl siding where as the others quoted regular siding. Paul's team, Mr. Jung and Alex are tireless workers, even working weekends when weather took the weekdays away. The previous owners had new siding put on as a part of "flipping" the house 5 years ago. However, the contractors they hired did not repair the rotted out, molded, and left holes everywhere. They also failed to add house wrap, which created an even more hazardous living condition for my family. Paul's team used over 70 pieces of plywood to fix the house and never once complained about the extra work. They made sure things were done right for us. 10 stars for Innovative! Thanks for your hard work"

"I hired Innovative Home Improvements to replace the cedar siding on my home with vinyl siding. They removed all existing siding, replaced rotted wood, installed Alside Prodigy siding, removed and replaced soffits and gutters, and capped the entire house. They also did some custom work for me in places that required special attention to ensure there was no stone unturned before leaving. My experience working with Paul, Mr. Jung, and Alex was awesome. Regardless of the challenge, they were always transparent, attentive, pleasant and patient with explaining the issue and recommending solutions. Their workmanship is exceptional and I always felt they were treating my home as it if it were their own during the process. The project was done at a reasonable price point, and now that the project is complete, I'm truly comfortable I trusted the right company to take on my siding job. I would highly recommend them for any work they do; siding, windows, roofing, etc., as they've done a little bit of everything for me on this project. Thanks Innovative Home Improvements!"

"Fox Creek Buillders did a great job taking off my old wood siding, replacing multiple rotten window sills outside, wrapping all wood around windows, installing new gutters. Couldn’t be happier with the finished project. Max was great to deal with and helped me so much picking out the siding. Juan and his workers worked so hard and were always there on time. I would definitely recommend them!!!"

"I cannot state how happy I am with the work done by Presidential Exteriors. After not having any luck getting other contractors to do the work I needed done, I became aware of Presidential Exteriors when they completed a siding project at a neighbor’s home. After looking at their reviews online and checking out their website, I contacted them online for a consultation. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from them within 24 hours, and to have a remodeling consultant (Kirill) at my home within a couple of days. Everyone was great to work with, listening to my wants/needs, and helping me with advice on a unique roof drainage issue. The team was also patient with me as I changed my mind a few times. Once the work started, I was even more impressed with them. All of the crews were great to deal with—very polite, courteous, and professional. They kept the workplace clean and kept me informed throughout the project. I try to stay actively involved, and everyone was more than willing to answer my questions and make sure I was happy. The project manager (Ryan) was great to work with and put up with my many questions, as were the people I dealt with at the main office (Tom and Chris). In the end, I was extremely happy with the work done by the crews. I had four doors and three windows replaced (thanks Matt, Eric, Jose, Mike T, Mike, Adam); and siding/trim replaced by Mr. Lee (a true artist in his trade) and Roberto; and various other construction repairs/drywall & painting by Juan and Jorge. I thank each of them and hope that I did not forget anyone. Also, a thank you to Jennifer at the main office who kept things going on the back end. I highly recommend Presidential Exteriors to others—they are a top notch company that genuinely cares about their customers, and have very much deserved the strong ratings they have earned on this site and others. I would definitely use them again if needed."

"Omar was very professional and answered all the questions I had concerning the installation of my siding. The worker did an outstanding job. They left the site very clean when the job was completed. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends."

"A new roof, porch and siding completely transformed and updated my home. I couldnâ t be happier with the quality and service received. Work was completed on schedule and on budget."

"Highly recommend. Roofing Pups executed a flawless and expedited roof replacement with the utmost professionalism from start to finish for a reasonable price. Eric, the technician who handled the initial scoping and quoting, was honest, transparent, and provided clear pricing with no hidden costs. Heather coordinated the project and kept me well informed on scheduling and status leading up to installation day. The crew arrived promptly at 7:00 AM, exactly as communicated by Heather, and conducted themselves in an extremely professional manner. Elvin kept me updated on progress throughout the day, and the team shared real-time progress photos via an active link, which I greatly appreciated. The roof installation and skylight replacements were completed efficiently and with high quality workmanship. The crew thoroughly cleaned up all debris and left not a single nail behind—especially important to me with a 3-year-old toddler at home."

"Absolutely fantastic!  Home Matters Remodel is most exceptional.  They are a very professional and serious company (most definitely not cowboys! Yay!), caring and interested.  The contractor  took the time to explain issues that could arise, particularly with respect to replacing aluminum siding over asbestos, and worked out estimates to include worst case scenarios ? both of which none of the other companies that I have used over the past few years even came close to doing.  They even very kindly set up my rain barrel for me ? a last minute request; it has already been put to the test and is working very well indeed.
IAfter they were gone, I couldn't a single thing left behind, except for the excellent work they did.
The labor and time everyone at Home Matters Remodel invested was well worth every penny I spent!
Should I need any further work done to the exterior of my home, they will be the first company I contact.

"This is the third time we've had JW do work on our house and we've been extremely happy each time. This time we had vinyl plank flooring laid and several handyman projects that we just never got around to. Alejandro and Alfredo were professional, courteous, and consistently checked in with us as the work was being performed to ensure we were happy. We will definitely hire JW again in the future."

"Hired them for a complete replacement of my mothers roof including front and back porch roofs. Texted me a copy of the contract with prices and materials needed base on satellite (GPS) measurements prior to meeting to go over the repairs and signing the contract. Showed up on time. Explained the process clearly and step by step. Went through the materials step by step and explained their purpose. Cleaned up after. The owner came by after the job was completed and did a walk around with me."
