"JES left my home in worse shape and will not return my calls to come repair the damage left. I reached out to them to install a joist support system under my kitchen so that I can renovate this year. There were floor joists under the back door that had been cut during a renovation about 30 years ago. JES installed a jack system but then left my foundation under the door where you can literally see daylight from the basement. I brought this up to the crew before they left late Friday night (they worked long hours just to ?finish? without even asking me if it was okay to trap me at home that late), and the lead just shrugged at me. Shortly after they left, it rained, and sure enough, water poured into my electrical room and all over the freshly poured concrete. I called Friday night, sent an email and text with videos, and called today 3 times. Each time the ?production manager? is ?busy.? Before this, they were perfectly capable of blowing up my phone to see if I could schedule sooner."

"This is by far the worst company i have ever dealt with. DO NOT EVER USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. Took 5100.00 of my money showed up a month later started some wrong work with the WRONG materials. After calling them many time to come fix what they did wrong and finish the job, they bullshit me with, i'm on the list for Saturday, don't show up, don't call,won't answer the phone. They are just yanking my chain. They took my money May 4th, came May 24th and May 27th,made an unauthorized 2nd charge to my credit card on the 24th, used wrong block, in the wrong spot, left my yard a mess with trash and brick,leaving my yard a safety hazard for the small kids trying to have a yard to play in. They say they are coming out on such and such a day and never show up. It is now the middle of August. I want ALL my money back so i can hire a REAL contractor. This is going to end up in the courts "
