Came and installed the system a few days later....took the time to explain everything to me and did an amazing job with the installation. "The whole process was relatively smooth. the sales person was good and knowledgeable. After signing the contract, two person crew came to measure. It took about a month and a half before windows were ready. Scheduling during the winter was a bit difficult, but it was not their problem. In bad weather, I would not want them climbing a tall ladder to install the window. Install was done professionally. We are satisfied. We would use them again.

"A replacement of a two car garage door with insulation. I was extremely impressed with the timeframe the door was delivered and put on. Ray's professionalism was the best I've seen in a long time. He then call to confirm his appointment and time and was there 10 minutes before his time very impressive. He then fix my light and my garage door and that wasn't part of the deal. Ray from United garage door was superb ."
