"Roger was on site early. He was very detailed with the home inspection and really wants to teach home buyer about their potential new home. He was responsive to calls and messages immediately. Had all necessary tools with him to complete the job and walked every inch of the house. Answering any questions as we went along. Appreciated the teaching aspect he gave during the walk! I also loved that a Binder was given to me with a breakdown of each room of the house as well as in and outside of the home. Made it easy when I got home to discuss the key take away points of repairs and potential costs needed. He even agreed to do inspection on a Saturday so I could be available to walk with him.
