He was also extremely patient as we made changes as we went along which were not contemplated originally. We had major renovations to the bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, replacement of the deck and the addition of a sunroom and painting throughout. The quality of the work was superb from painting, to tile work, to carpentry. I would recommend Coastal Home Renovations for any modifications around a house. Absolutely fantastic!! Keith is amazing, going above and beyond to assist with providing insurance information. Keith made many extra trips to my house to meet with Insurance Adjusters before I even agreed to hire him. Katherine worked relentlessly to coordinate everything, including the removal of my solar with the solar company. The guys who installed the rood worked from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with maybe a 30-minute lunch break, to ensure the work was completed in a timely manner. "I can't say enough good things about my experience with Randy Preston and his crew!! Randy helped me renovate a garage that was in SEVERE disrepair into a beautiful and charming studio cottage. The craftsmanship was excellent. I regularly get compliments and feedback that the cottage has the feel of a home that's been there forever (think circa 1940's cottage). The crew was always on time, kept the site neat and clean and were super easy & pleasant to work with. Randy's personality is "steady and calm" - nothing ever felt like a problem - if it was within his power, he handled it and if it wasn't, he helped me figure out next steps. Renovations are rarely stress-free but Randy's nature helped to make it as stress-free as possible. I think the thing I was most impressed with was his transparency and honesty. "I have used Danny at least 10 times. He remodeled an investment property I purchased and did carpentry, flooring , some electrical and plumbing. His work is EXCEPTIONAL and he has the strongest attention to details. His carpentry skills are next level, he rebuilt a stairwell and raised a roof as well. Very trustworthy guy, and did a lot of the work for me with no supervision as the property was in another state. Never had any issues and he sent pictures of the work daily. Additionally after the work was completed I started using him in my personal home in pa and he did flooring/ tile and built shelving, installed toilets and sinks and built a bar in my basement. All the work was great! Prices are very fair !!"
