Contacted several plumbers via Angies list and most were willing to take advantage of the situation and desperation charging outrageous prices (as I understand now). Minuteman came in at half the others and installed that afternoon. At the lower price, one expects lesser service and quality - NOT THE CASE! Next time, my water heater leaked so I tried them again. Came out that same day – same price as almost 2 years ago. Polite, courteous and highly professional. Warrantee was twice as long as others which added to the satisfaction.
