"The original project targeted only the Kitchen with minimum lay out modification. We later added removal of a wall and closet, replacing the dining room floor and painting the is one and the living room. We requested 7 quotes in total since this was a major project. We decided to work with Remodeling concepts due mainly to: - Derek's professionalism, - a timely response during the quoting process. We made four modification to the original project changing design and scope of work, - a very competitive price, - solid references, - have insurance and be licensed. The job started on the agreed date, and run as scheduled. Derek's team follows his professionalism, and they demonstrated a high level of expertise. Demolition (walls, closet, cabinets, etc), cleaning, framing, sheet-rock & taping, tile and back-splash work, plumbing and gas work, cabinets installation, electrical work, appliance installation, and painting were top. And they kept the dust to the minimum. We could appreciate their craftsmanship on the details. We have our DREAM kitchen. My wife is extremely pleased, therefore so do I. "It went well. There were no problems. Disposal of old door and clean up after installation were great. They didn't have to re-do as much of the adjacent siding (that they had installed previously) as anticipated, and as a result lowered the cost from their upfront estimate. This was at least 2 or 3 years ago, so I don't recall dates or cost."

"April brought lots of heavy rain and strong winds causing damage to our roof ridge. Luna Siding and Roofing came immediately, climbed up to inspect the roof and provided an assessment. They took a few pictures which we reviewed together after which they provided us with numerous options including roof replacement. We opted for the roof replacement and although a permit was required before starting the job, they were nice enough to temporarily patch up the roof ridge with a protective cover to prevent any water damage. They arrived first thing in the morning and finished the job in one day, carefully placing our outside furniture away from the house and cleaning up all the debris around our property along with our adjacent neighbors. We also had Luna clean our gutters and install gutter guards. All the work was done efficiently and to our satisfaction. Luna is trustworthy, answering all of our questions promptly and in a professional manner. I highly recommend Luna!"
