"Chris and Beau did and excellent job completing the removal of old insulation in our attic space and installing new insulation. The work was done well and in a timely manner. We immediately notice the difference in a stable temperature on our second floor. I was however most impressed with the approach to communication they took with the estimate and the overall job. Chris clearly explained the process and did not try to upsell additional work we did not need. They showed up on time and did what they committed to doing. Just like they mention on the website, you can tell they take the same came they would with their own home. We have already scheduled them to do additional work at our house! "

"Xander Was an outstanding salesman, explained the process and everything the company has to offer in depth explained the plan , the install team was wonderful to work with however the Cooperate side of this company is awful and completely lacks communication from giving me inaccurate times for arrival, to having the install crew show up at the wrong location. The supervisor over the crew wasn?t answering his phone when the install crew called on day 2 took over an hour to get a call before they ever started work, wasn?t given notice of when they?d Be done for the day or arrival on day two was just woke up to someone knocking on my door. The crew wasn?t supposed to leave before we did a walk through they were already gone when we arrived at the house. Overall this has been the worst company to deal with for your floors and I will not recommend them to anyone the floors look great but Refloor is an awful company that needs to work on transparency and communication."

"We contracted with Curbman to perform ceramic tile demolition. The tile areas weren't tarped off correctly, which spread tile dust throughout the house, along with sharp pieces of tile. Tile dust can cause respiratory issues for anyone, and I have some pre-existing issues, so it's a big problem to have it spread through the house, in the HVAC system, etc. My wife also cut herself on a tile shard, as did a Curbman worker, who ended up going to the emergency room. As we negotiated with Curbman to clean up the dust and shards, the owner became angry and stopped work on the job. He demanded that we pay the remainder of the contracted amount to resume work, which violated the terms of the contract. We chose to take our business elsewhere and requested a refund of unspent funds, which we estimated to be $3000. The owner refused to provide receipts and tried adding costs that hadn't been written into our estimate. He offered us a $40 refund and stopped responding to communication."
