"I highly recommend Archadeck of Central Maine. The carpenter, Garret, except for a few hours on the first carpentry day and the entire last day, worked on this by himself. He did a phenomenal job! On the last day he was joined by Preston and he did a great job as well. This project had some unique elements. First, was the slope of the ground. Second, was the design. The lower deck was designed to hold a hot tub (not shown here) to be accessed from the upper deck in the area between the two railings. One whole side of the upper deck remained without a railing as I wanted deck access to be at any point along the footpath. It'll be my task to backfill the gap between the deck surface and the footpath. Total number of days worked on this project was six (6). TJ and Jessi are easy to work with and the cost was very reasonable. We are THRILLED with the results!!"

"The deck is very nice and very well built. We were very happy with the result. Employees were very polite and easy to work with. Would hire again if needed."

"Robin was straight forward and efficient. He was able to take a look a the old deck within a week. Then got me a quote within 8 hours of the initial inspection. When hired he was able to complete the deck in a single weekend and it looks amazing!"

"The cost of materials and labor is at an all-time high; but Ricky is always fair, tries to present all alternative options so ultimately the decision that is made is based on what is best for the homeowner/project. He communicates extremely well, addresses every concern in a timely and caring manner. He built my modular home while I was away in Florida taking care of my sick husband. He was my eyes and ears the entire time. Always addressed challenges in a calm, professional and knowledgeable manner. He's empathetic and truly cares that the customers visions and goals are met. I highly recommend Generations Custom Homes and would use them without a doubt on any future project."

"Kevin came over as soon as we contacted him on a weekend to fix a leak in our roof! . We are very happy with his work."

"promised to come back and do minor painting!"

"I could not be more pleased with a company than this one. We had a huge project with a major remodel, taking the house down to the studs, removing walls, adding new Sheetrock and floors, gutting the kitchen and two bathrooms, replacing the roof, and etc. These guys did amazing work!! I recommend them highly."

"Work agreed to: 1) level a slope, 2) build stone patio, 3) install fence. Period of performance told by the contractor was 5 days to a week and a half. Work started May 16. By June 3 project was not half complete. Contractor delivered pile of dirt and pile of gravel and railroad ties for retaining walls. Contractor did some work. If reasons given were accurate, then some missing days for medial were reasonable but after three weeks there were several issues: 1) the work was only about halfway complete after three weeks, 2) the slope remained which can't be used since it's needed for a shed, bee hives, and raised beds, 3) the rear retaining wall was already leaning and losing dirt from only one rain. With these concerns I consulted two other landscapers who immediately identified problems with the wall as well as the slope, that it would not hold through one winter. In addition, contractor may not have contacted Digsafe, public utilities, and city public works for permission to proceed with any excavation. I have a lot more details including inconsistent texts"

"Andy did an excellent job of cleaning 20 years of bottom paint off the bottom of my 21 foot fiberglass boat. Paint was removed to the boot stripe and there was no damage to the glass. The work was completed in my yard which was left clean with no residue. Great job"
