"I am very pleased with results of my kitchen remodel project and would gladly hire Craftsman Renovations again anytime. All of the work was first rate and Dex and Mike were both professional and competent. They are very good communicators and I always knew what was to be done next and what I needed to do as well. All of the subcontractors were excellent and treated my property respectfully. Frankly, kitchen remodels can be difficult, but Dex and Mike made the experience as painless as possible. "We signed a contract with St. Croix Kitchen and Bath in May of 2025 to have our 3 bathrooms updated. We put down half of the project?s cost which was a substantial amount. It is now February of 2026 and we only have 1 bathroom completed. The owner is dishonest, rude and unprofessional. The whole process with them has been very stressful- very poor communication. Avoid this company at all costs - they are most likely in financial trouble."
