It was compacted, rolled, and turned out fantastic. Itâ  s as close to an actual asphalt driveway as you can get without spending a fortune. Rob is an outstanding communicator and you can tell with his suggestions and willingness to walk you through the process that he has an unmitigated passion for his business and what he does. Iâ  ve hired him twice now, and Iâ  ll do it again. Highly recommend."

"Janice Was awesome to work with. She is very responsive at a time when people are difficult to get time from. She listened to our needs at the start of the project and the final result met those plans and then some!! Her team was a very hardworking team and went above and beyond at all stages of the work. She even fixed a fence that was not working well, was not part of the project and did so for only the material cost. We could not have been more pleased with the final result. "From start to finish it went about as long as they said it would which is good. Nick wasn't as proactive at being in touch as I would have liked so we had to be proactive to get updates throughout the process (when the next step was, when they were coming out, etc). Unfortunately, either due to me not communicating well or Nick not remembering me say it some plants were killed that shouldn't have been. It wasn't a big deal and he did fix it by planting new ones in its place. However, I feel like it wasn't a given and the blame was put more on me than the company. 
Otherwise on the major work day of rolling out the sod it went well; the workers worked hard and were nice. They maybe played their music a bit louder than our neighbors would have liked but we didn't get any formal complaints. 
In the end we were very happy with the transformation of our yard. They did do a very good job and Nick went above and beyond doing more tree trimming than he said he would. The only last downside is we were promised an email with lawn treatment information which we never received. The lawn has held up pretty well at least.

"It was written up to be chimney and foundation check.  I wasn't home when he arrived, my husband was, and no foundation inspection took place.  He had a couple of good tips, but not very detailed or in depth.

"Roger came and met us to give an intial estimate and we thought he was great. He was on time, informative & educational, and truly professional. He emailed us a quote (broken down into "chunks" so we could decide which projects to tackle first) within a few days, as promised. I was so impressed with him, that I promptly referred him to my sister, who needs a landscape overhaul. He began work on her property immediately and is starting on ours shortly. Roger can be a little tough to get a hold of, which is my only complaint, but apparently they resolved some phone issues they were having and he was very apologetic.

"The entire process was more than I expected. We met Custom Care Landscaping at a local trade show where we went to gather info on this project that we knew would be long and costly. After interviewing about 4 or 5 company we decided that all in all we liked Custom Care Landscaping the best. The price was in the upper range of the four estimates that we received, but we were assured by references that the quality would be top notch.
We paid about  30% up front and the work began almost immediately. After the flurry of people, trucks and tools that seemed to be controlled chaos. We had an absolutely amazing patio. I dealt with my project manager (Erik) directly and he made changes and assured me that what they had designed is what we will get. Every small detail I had mentioned was taken into account. At one point I had some concerns about the stair design, Erik, myself and my husband sat down and talked for what seemed like hours. Afterwards I felt much better and the design was changed to exactly what we decided on. On his way out the last time we spoke I thanked him for everybody's hard work and the high quality of service. He ask that if we had a few minutes that we review their company on google or whatever site was convenient. Well here it is Erik! We love your company and even though its late I hope you see this and know we appreciate you and your company so much.
