"Got to my place later than expected because they were stuck on another job which is understandable. Did not finish my job until after 12:00 am in the morning. My job took longer than anticipated. I was given one price at the beginning and that's what we anticipated paying because I am on a budget. After the job was finished we were handed a bill that was much more than what was quoted. I was a very upset about that. I know that it took longer and they had to go back and forth to the truck to get supplies, the only thing is I wish I was informed of this during the job so I would know what to do. What if we didn't have the money? Anyway the job was done good and we are pleased with the outcome. So far our sink is working properly and good. We had a double sink installed, the faucet and we have a water omosis machine that had to get hooked up, so it did take a lot of time because piping had to be changed from a single sink to a double. I would recommend this company."

I would certainly call them again for any future plumbing work. We decided to go with JRS Maintenance for a leak in our cast iron water pipes, which later turned into a bigger job. The nearby pipes were already showing signs of decay, so after an honest conversation with Jimmy, we just settled on changing that whole section leading up to the small leak with PVC (a much-needed upgrade). He arrived on time and made sure to call in advance. The old plumbing came with some concerns, which were shared in advance, but overall the job went smoothly. "So I had a VERY old Janitrol gas boiler which was actually working fine up until a few weeks ago when it started leaking a little bit of water intermittently. Then the last week the leaking was sow yet much more constant. The leaking was coming from under the cement platform it sat on, so wasn t 100 percent sure it was the boiler. Until the recently installed (by another company) automatic water feeder started feeding about every 3 hours. Went on HomeAdvisor, On Time Piping and Heating was one of the first companies to pop up. Received a call from Matty almost immediately. This was a Saturday night, and he stopped by my house the next morning, determined that it was indeed a leaking boiler that needed to be replaced. Matty and his crew came out on Tuesday morning, arrived at 7am, and by approx 10am had a new working Williamson boiler. About 3 hours later their electrician came out and did the finishing touches. Their electrician noticed an issue with the previously installed automatic water feeder, and Matty had two of his team members come out two days later to put in a new electronic automatic water feeder which is much more compatible with the new boiler. Now everything is working great and much more efficiently. Matty and his crew are like family. Work great together, busting each other s chops in a friendly manner while quickly and effectively completing the job at hand. Very customer friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and they do not talk down to you. I recommend them to anybody who wants top notch, quick, and effective work done on their home heating system.
