Replaced back-flow double check valve in master water meter pit that required custom fit bushings. I dealt with Nancy, Jay and Rich. The company was responsive at all times. They showed up on time. They were pleasant to work with. They stayed all day plus 3 hours the following day to complete job. All work was done in a professional manner. After looking at the parts he needed based on the materials we had on hand, left the house briefly to buy those parts. The work included plumbing under the sink was updated and adjusted to provide more storage space, kitchen faucet and spray installed on the new countertop, gas line hookup to the stove and dishwasher water and waste lines hooked up. Then he proceeded to the bathroom to install the new vanity and hooked up the water and plumbing lines. Job was clean and tight. Nothing leaks and it seemed the water pressure improved after all the new plumbing fixtures were hooked up."
