"Jose from Santamaria Roofing proved to be a true gentleman, he kept his word and his contract by showing up when he said he would, doing an amazing job, leaving my home looking better then it did at the start and took all trash & garbage with him. I had Santamaria do gutters on 2 houses, flashing on my chimney, as well as replace some pitted aluminum trim on my home. I will be having him back in the fall to redo more of my aluminum trim. He showed up with 7 guys and they all went straight to the project I guess was assigned before they arrived. Great crew, under a great boss! "I wasn't available during that Saturday because I went to my girl's recital and he actually stood an hour waiting for me to get back. I thought that was very nice of him. He answered all my questions and he said he was going to work on getting me on schedule sooner rather than later. It just happened that I got a call the following day and in two days, they came out to replace the gutters. I thought the price was reasonable and I even thought it was going to be more expensive. The gutters are still up and water's flowing directly through it and I don't see anything overflowing. So far, it has been good. They were very professional. The guys who put it up had questions and they replaced some items that were rotted. They were able to give me options of what I could and could not do."

"Each of the interior and exterior teams had a team leader who was responsible for managing the project, getting my input and making sure I was kept updated at all times, most of which they accomplished with text messages. They tried to be as unobtrusive as possible and did a good job sticking to the schedule. 
In several cases, I had things that had been bothering me for years, doors that didn't close right; when I mentioned them to the team leader, these things were put right. They also helped me understand which things I could do myself to keep the price down, so that helped me manage the tab. 
They were excellent at covering things, making sure to clean up afterwards, and put the furniture back in the right place using their cell phone cameras to remember the layout.
I came and went with my schedule, and felt comfortable leaving them in the house; they were great at making sure to let my dog out If I was running late.
My house is an old Victorian with a lot of woodwork and the original windows. These guys excel at woodwork, which is where the mediocre painters get outed. It's hard to do well. Their surface prep is also perfect, so if your old plaster walls need a master hand, this is who you call.
