"Excellent.  We had mice in our apartment and tried to get rid of them ourselves, without success.  Standard Pest had been a client of mine and I knew that the company was family-run, had been in business a long time, and the guys running the company seemed like really good people. <br /> A technician came out to our building, inspected the whole building and pointed out some areas of potential problems within individual apartments and what we could do in order to fix them.  He plugged all possible points of entry with steel wool and set some traps in my own apartment.  During the time he was here, I asked the tech all kinds of questions about the business.  Since they were a client, I was genuinely curious about the company and how it was managed. <br /> I was very impressed  -  the tech loved the company a lot and said it was the only pest control company he'd ever worked for that really took of their employees, always kept their training and certifications up-to-date with required classes and knowledgable of the most current technology and methods.   <br /> Bottom line - I was very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.  I actually don't remember the price - it was several months ago, but it was not expensive. <br /> <br />"
