Lucas promptly came out to discuss the work and provide an estimate. Pricing was competitive and communication was far more professional and reliable than other companies. Craftmanship was excellent and they cleaned up before leaving. I will definitely use them for future projects."

"Other builders came in with estimates that cost less than US ProPaint and Renovation. In spite of this we chose US ProPaint and Renovation because JR explained all the work that would be done to demolish our wooden deck and replace it with trex decking. The other builders who gave us estimates did not spend as much time, or explain what they would do to complete the work we wanted.; and their estimates were lower in cost, but not a whole lot less. Once we committed to have US ProPaint and Renovation work for us, the work began very quickly. JR told us the work would commence in 2 weeks. They actually started earlier than that. 3 men worked long hours, typically 8:30 am to 7 pm each day in some pretty warm and humid weather. They were courteous and kept me informed on what they were going to accomplish on any given day. We were completely satisfied with the work and how the deck ended up. We will hire them again for other projects."

"Redman Construction is wonderful. We had some work done by them last summer and fall and it all went so well, that we had no other contractor in mind. The quality of work (on our 1774 home!) is excellent, the subcontractors arrive on time, are polite, professional and extremely neat, cleaning up at the end of every day. My husband is very particular, understanding a lot about our old home and what it needs, and he is always satisfied with the details, methods and materials that Joe and Jim use. They are a wonder to work with! We had roofing, carpentry and plastering subs, and all were topnotch. We know that our house is solid and secure from the elements and the work done last year proved to be airtight through the winter. "We were really pleased with DiOrio's work. We needed a storage platform built in our attic to make room for new insulation. We were concerned a carpenter wouldn't take such a small job so also decided to ask to replace some damaged siding we had here and there around the house. I called DiOrio, and they agreed to come out that week. I had assumed I'd have to make a lot of calls to get someone to come out in the timeframe we needed, so was really happy there. DiOrio was upfront that taking off siding could reveal some underlying damage to the house, which happened to be the case for us. The job went from a $3K estimate to an actual cost of $12K given the extent of the damage. While the cost increase was overwhelming, DiOrio seemed to really know what they were doing. Everything appeared to be done in a high-quality and detailed way, and they communicated with us throughout the process. They were also able to finish the work in a timely way and not keep us hanging on for weeks or months. We're planning to have them back in the spring to check for damage under some additional areas of siding."

"Wayne was very professional from start to end and communication was excellent throughout the process. I had recently moved in and the stairs to our backyard was in terrible condition. From doing just a regular basic small deck, we quickly started to exchange ideas to do something bigger. I wanted a deck that would be weatherproof underneath so I could use the area under to either store stuffs or even dine in case of rain. Once the deck was done, I quickly realized that my head was close to the ceiling when I was standing under. He suggested that we dig a few feet lower to give me head space. We were able to add recessed lights and it looks so nice! Finally, he suggested that a pergola would be nicer then an awning. Indeed, we can use the pergola even during rain and windy days and at night by close the shades to prevent mosquitoes. He helped me with the installation of the pergola also which wasn't easy. The final result is stunning and we get so many praises from our friends!"
