Adam was very knowledgeable and suggested there maybe excess humidity in our attic due to our dark metal roof. That Adam went out of his way to explain how this might be a problem was impressive. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). "I am now a fan of The Water Specialist. I am a property manager and one of my tenants complained that the grinder pump siren was continually going off. I called several places who either never called me back or couldn't come out right away. It was a weekend and I spoke with Ryan at The Water Specialist who was so incredibly helpful. We were calling/texting back and forth throughout the day and he was trying to get someone out right away to pump the well. It took a little too long for me to get a hold of the owner and I missed the opportunity so we used another vendor to pump the well. But I got an estimate to replace the grinder pump from both vendors and I was happy that The Water Specialist came in just a bit lower so we went ahead and had them replace it that week. I really wanted to give them the business since Ryan spent so much time helping me for free.
