The job took several visits to trouble shoot and complete. The service staff, Ian Bryan, and Will were cordial and professional throughout the process. And the manager, Eric, was assertive in contacting me and trying to schedule a final service appointment to get the issues resolved so the system would function properly. This company is definitely motivated and intentional to keep customers happy and satisfied. They are tidy and clean up afterwards. I would use this company again based on K&K's bottom line of doing the right thing when there are complications."

"It took some time for them to respond to my initial message.  However, I was able to schedule a time for a quote within a week or so of Jason calling me back.  
Two workers showed up on time and I agreed to have them do some of the work that day because they were already at the house and available.  They were to provide a quote for the remaining items subsequently.
They were very professional and personable.  They also took care to clean up after themselves when finished.  I was happy with the quality of the work and their ability to quickly finish.  
I provided a C rating because the ensuing lapse of communication regarding my invoice and additional items that were to be quoted is severely lacking.  I have now emailed both emails provided for this company and left a voicemail with no reply.  It has now been 6 weeks since the original service was performed and I still haven't received my invoice or quote even though I provided payment on the day of the service for the work performed.  I shouldn't have to continually call and harass the provider to receive my invoice.  This is unacceptable.  
I was likely going to use this provider for additional work, but now my business will go elsewhere.  Very disappointing.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

Very fast response for an estimate which was reasonable based on needs and expectations. I was given clear options on the replacement and now understand why I chose the furnace I did. There was no effort at all to sell me things I didn’t need yet always open to discuss any option. Scheduling installation could not have been easier. They even offered to come out early but my schedule couldn’t be adjusted. They were here promptly at 8am Saturday morning. Very professional and personable. They always had time if I had a question. They explained the new thermostat and ensured I knew how to work it. They finished 2h earlier than estimated and the area is more clean than when they started. I would completely recommend this family owned business. It is clear they stand behind their work and take pride in their name and reputation."
