"Installed Aluminum covering around garage doors and home windows"

"The gutters and covers were great."

"Our experience with Brothers Gutters was pleasurable. We were happy with everything from the estimate to the completion of the job. The men who installed the gutters were professional and very courteous. They even offered to clean our sky light for us while they were up on the roof! We highly recommend Brothers Gutters."

"I had Simply Gutters out recently to replace some older gutters and downspouts on my home. They also added a section of new gutters to an additional area as well. The two person team worked efficiently to complete the project in a reasonable amount of time. The final results looked great. I’m confident their quality product will perform well in the long term. I did opt for gutter covers as well, due to the presence of several large 60 year old maple trees on my property. The covers are a great upgrade, versus the cheap plastic inserts I’ve used in year’s past. Do be aware that Simply Gutters may well prioritize jobs they obtain working as a subcontractor for various roofing companies. As such, they may be somewhat less responsive to direct outreach. This was my experience. How such an arrangement will factor into your final cost is unknown. All said, however, still a very positive experience and well recommended to any interested homeowner looking for a gutter upgrade."

"I contacted John (the Owner) for a bid on gutter tear off and replacement, to be coordinated with my painting project.  John got the details of the project from me over phone and promptly visited my house and provided a bid.  I appreciated the fact that John was competent enough to provide the bid this way - versus requiring me to be there for the bid - as taking time away from work, while juggling taking care of two young children is very challenging.
The bid I received was better than the bid I got from the other highly rated gutter company on Angies List.  The quote was detailed nicely and based on that, as well as conversations with John, I felt that the install and materials would be of equal or better quality than the other bidder.  I also liked the fact that all my interactions with Grand Gutter were with John (the Owner) and he is also on-site for the majority of the install.  John's knowledge is immense and he was very helpful in thinking through the project and put me at ease regarding coordinating the gutter work with my painters somewhat unpredictable schedule (lots of rain this spring/early summer).  Because of all these things, I selected Grand Gutters to do the work.
John separately provided a bid for gutter covers (included in my cost total above)... a low, mid, and high price options.  We talked through the options, and after learning we weren't planning on staying in our house much longer than another 5 years, and the fact that we don't have a lot of messy trees to contend with (e.g. Maple tree helicopters), John suggested I go with the lowest price option.... which was roughly half the price of the "mid" option and over a third of the price of the "high" option.  I was impressed by his honesty and that he didn't try to upsell me at all.
John was kind enough to make a second trip and provide some options to address neighbor run-off (their gutters point at my foundation, which by the way, is against Minneapolis ordinance).  I honestly felt like he was a trusty "advisor" on this project.  He was also accomodating to certain nit-picky requests of mine, such as using hangers at closer intervals vs. typical installs and actually didn't even charge me extra for it.
After getting the house painted, I decided I woud like to replace existing aluminim fascia on my garage to better match my house paint scheme.  At my request, John offered to do this work, even though they typically don't do fascia (they focus on gutters).  His price was reasonable and I liked the simplicity of having one contractor doing the work (less people to coordinate).
The work started on a Friday and was finished the following Monday.  Everything went well.  Being the nit picky person I am, I found one downspout that was not perfectly vertical.  I asked John to address and it was resolved immediately.  My wife was there during some of the work and noted that the crew seemed nice.  No mess or other debris left behind.
Overall, great experience!  I think the strength of Grand Gutters is John's personal involvement in the project and his communication skills throughout the experience.  So often do I get the bid (sales call) from the salesman in his company polo shirt, who promises the world but once the work starts, they are nowhere to be found.  Not so with Grand Gutters!  John's a good guy that I believe truly cares about his customers.  That goes a long way for me these days... as it is a hard trait to find.

"I can't say enough good things enough about All American Exteriors.  They have been by far the best service company I've ever hired.  Adrian was very responsive and proactive with his communication.  The siding team was fast, professional, and they did a great job.  They cleaned up the site very nicely.  I have not found one nail or piece of garbage left over.

I've had compliments on the house from neighbors and random passers by.  It's like a new house.

"Shane and his crews work shows they have been doing this for years. Creative solutions to gutter drainage issues. Will be my first call the next time."

"Excellent everything went smoothly. Went above and beyond their job they cleaned out our gutters."

"From the time I called Cady Handyman Services I was met with a welcome and the owner was quite pleasant as he took an account of the things I needed care with.  I was given an agreeable date and name of the Handyman who would provide the service.

Tom, the Handyman, called ahead of time to inform me when he and another man would arrive.  They arrived on time and quickly went to work after checking the list and informing us as to what the jobs would entail.  They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable plus they were extremely neat and very careful as they moved through our home.  They cleaned up after themselves.
Before leaving they, with us, rechecked each job to make sure the work was complete and acceptable.\

We feel we got fine service and  a reasonable price.

We definitely will call Cady Handyman in the future and will request Tom or Andy' services."

"They did an excellent job. I would give them 5 stars out of 4 stars. They were very pleasant, very helpful and cleaned up their messes."
