"PLEASE READ: Mark was great to work with in the beginning. After I did calculations for some items, Mark became angry and stopped communicating. Before construction could continue, I needed to get an electrician out because there was a real issue. Mark insisted there wasn't. After I insisted and called him out on his lack of communication, he said he was sending over his electrician the next morning. I cancelled plans and stayed home to wait on electrician. I never heard from Mark and he did not respond to texts. I called and he said there was nothing wrong and a new switch was installed. I called an electrician. There was an issue and the new switch was not installed. We also agreed that I would pay for flooring materials on main floor(lvp and underlayment) and Mark would demo and level kitchen and provide transition and baseboard. The floor is sloped in an area and there is a random square board and cuts in wood in more than one area. Mark used my old cheap laminate as a transition board on the stairs. This is not a joke or exaggeration. In addition, Mark did not use the underlayment that I purchased at his recommendation. Mark’s company cut and painted flooring on my gray stained covered porch without putting anything down. I have this on blink video occurring all day. There was paint and dust all over the porch. Mark does not apologize ever. The area had sharp small nails on stairs that were not even worked on. Mark said my request to correct this is ridiculous and said he would not repair slope. I’ve given him every opportunity to repair. I asked for an additional contract so we could let the contract guide us instead. Mark refused to add repairing of slope area and ignores me about underlayment. I asked him not to continue work or send his guys back for other work(He is doing insurance work on bottom floor.) Mark sent his guys twice after this and they just came into the house. I sent them home on Labor Day and texted Mark that I explicitly asked him not to be on the property until we had a signed agreement. His response was they could just work in garage. Update: 9/9/24! Mark is now demanding I take the reviews down or he won’t repair floors. The nightmare continues. He said he is putting a lien on my house. He says I am preventing him from doing the work but that is a complete lie. Read all details above to understand."

"Larry is a gem! He is an absolute professional from beginning to end. Larry came out to give me an estimate on painting our cabinets and interior touch up paint, and I could tell he not only was extremely knowledgeable but trustworthy too. He is so easy going and very easy to work with. Once we decided to use Lar Con Construction for work on our home, he stayed in constant contact with me. We had already moved out of the home when the guys started working on the home. But Larry kept me informed and sent pictures throughout the entire process which I really appreciated since I wasn't there. Even when I brought things to his attention that I needed fixed that I forgot to tell him about in the beginning, he just went with it. He actually told me initially, you won't know for sure what all you need done until you move. And boy was he right! As he was doing a walk through, he even found things we missed and would reach out and say, do you want me to fix this or that. He treated us like we were family and you can tell he puts 100% into everything he does. He did an AMAZING job on the cabinets and the other things around the house. You can tell he loves what he does. Moving is stressful enough, but he totally made this process an easy one. We didn't have to worry about anything! He has been an absolute blessing!"
