"Dave Shuhler and his associate Mike displayed friendly professionalism throughout the time spent on my projects. The bathroom project was well done. Dave is meticulous in his work. He saved me time, and did the legwork by providing me with tile and hardware samples. His expert guidance helped the decision-making process go smoothly. During that project I also had them air seal my home. This is Mike's specialty. I live in a forty year-old townhouse that has been quite drafty. Every hole from the foundation to the attic was sealed to eliminate air leakage. In addition insulation was blown into my attic. I am shocked at the difference in the air temp in my home. There is no longer a variation of 4-5° from floor to floor. I am looking forward to significant energy savings. Dave did all work in a timely manner, and both gentlemen were extremely trustworthy. I will definitely use this company again, and highly recommend them."

"They really did an exceptional job. The deck rebuild was a complicated job. The deck wasn’t built correctly originally so CM Contracting had to extensively modify the structure. They really did a great job. The deck looks really great, and I think I now have the strongest deck in the Lehigh Valley. The chimney work was a big concern of mine going into the job. The previous owner of the house let the chimney cap rust, and the rust stains ran down the Dryvit. It really looked bad. Chris worked with his paint supplier to get the color to match perfectly. He had Sherwin Williams out to my house on several occasions because Chris wanted it done right. It far exceeded my expectations, and now looks perfect. The caulking and power washing all went well too. I would highly recommend CM Contracting. Chris is very responsive. We would communicate often via phone or txt. His crew is great too. "John was extremely polite, and did what he promised. He painted my house and had a problem with his spray gun. He told me that when the paint dried to call him wth any questions or problems. I called John and asked him to come back and correct re-spray some areas because they did not look even. John told me when he would be back, and he was true to his word. John is very concerned with the customer's satisfaction, and I would recommend him for any paining job."
