"Bill and his team did a variety of home repair and improvement projects on my 40+ year home Fall 2024. We a couple months. These included: repairs : replacement of wood sub flooring/framing in basement ceiling/upstairs, covering outside side door concrete steps on slate,and cresting a new sidewalk to lead up to it, cleaning front of house stonework and putting protectant on it, building new short frame and drywall in order to replace old closet doors, dry walling and painting interior room and more. What impressed me most were the professionalism and expertise of Bill and his team in every way. Quotes were detailed, and multiple options were provided when needed. I was kept informed of daily schedules and progress, the contractors were skilled, meticulous and excellent with prep and cleanup. "So to summarize the project I have a basement kitchen and bathroom remodel and I installed mini splits in my 3 bedrooms. Leonardo is flexible and accommodating and the work he did was better than other contractors I have paid more money for. When doing the new shower installation he found a mold issue and quickly provided me with a solution fixing the issue and modifying the contract and doing the work to remove the mold issue for what I found to be under the market rate for the area is. After the work was done he even followed up with any issues I messaged him about very quickly. If you want good work and a good price I highly recommend him. He does everything as far as I can tell and I believe I will use this company for future projects."
