"Really impressed by the "old-school" craftsmanship and attention to detail - templates were perfect - installers were pros - no question about it.  The seams are barely perceptible.   The team that did the installation definitely went above and beyond to make sure all the little items were resolved (how to fasten the downdraft, waterline access for the coffee maker.)   They also worked very "clean" and spent an admirable time cleaning up the worksite when done.    
Everyone showed up on time, and called to confirm when they were on their way.
Only thought for other customers - weekday shopping for the slabs may be smoother than our weekend experience.   The staff was enthusiastic and helpful on the weekend, but not as knowledgable as the professionals that took over the execution of the project for us.   
We highly recommend (and we don't do that often!)  Exceptionally beautiful work.

"This was the third time I used Mark and he did a fantastic job. The bathroom was a challenge because the space was awkward but needed a shower added. Not only did he find a solution, but it looks great and really improved the value of the property. He did work throughout the house and even redid his work on the front porch railing after a brief conversation about making it look better -- the way he redid the work went above and beyond what I expected and really made everything look so much better. "Everything went excellent. the owner met with us several times to layout the kitchen. He made suggestions and listened to our thoughts. Our thoughts were that he had the experience so we usually went with his suggestions. Things we wanted he worked with us to give us what we wanted. He accommodated us when we made changes. Workers were here when they said they would be. They explained what they were doing and asked questions about what we wanted. They accommodated us when we wanted changes or didn't like the way something was. The workmanship was excellent. We had a problem with the wrong stove being ordered and several minor things that needed to be corrected or change. These things were done in a timely matter. We feel that the workers made sure we were satisfied with everything before they left."

"I called Marko, sent him a picture id what I wanted, explained my super tight schedule. Marko scheduled an install time, was the right on time. "We very much appreciated that Chris listened to what we wanted to have done and why; after listening he sent pictures of options and made suggestions that would help to make the kitchen look really nice.  He sent pictures as the work was being completed to make sure we liked everything as it was being completed.  After the initial work was completed, we added a few more things to the to do list and had the kitchen light fixtures, the range hood, outside light fixtures and replacements of our sun room skylights.  We very much liked the work that was done and are planning/saving for our next project and will be calling Chris again to complete the work.
