We had Shane about a year ago when we had a busted water pipe in our garage.  He came out on our "water emergency" and had us repaired in no time at all, so when we needed a plumber again, we wanted Shane back.  He was just as awesome the second time around.

Once the work and budget was decided on, it went very smoothly. Ben did the majority of the work and he was very kind, professional, and open about what tasks were happening that day. "It went so much better than expected. Over the phone, other plumbing companies quoted us $1,000 - $1,500 to do the work and replace the valve. When I talked with Seth, on the phone, he offered to come over within a couple of hours, ON A SUNDAY!, and take a look at the problem. Upon arrival he assessed the situation and determined only the center piece of the valve needed to be replaced. There would be no reason to replace the entire valve, tear up the wall/tiles to do the work. He had to access the crawl space (the entire length of the house!) to get to the water shut off valve...and did this 3 times in freezing weather! He was in and out of our house, with the valve fixed and fixture replaced within 1 hour! And he didn't charge us an additional fee for coming out on a Sunday! Seth was very professional, but a down to earth guy. I would recommend him and Driggs Plumbing, in a heartbeat!!"

Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. "I was having trouble with my 20+ year old gas furnace "short cycling": the furnace would come on for a short period (1-1.5 minutes) then shut off. My house was not reaching the desired temperature due to this problem. James determined that it was a fan limiting switch that had gone bad and replaced it. This required a trip to the parts house which James was glad to make. Although the furnace was working properly at that point, James was not satisfied with it behavior and literally climbed half way into the furnace cabinet to look for additional problems. After blowing out the interior of the unit, the furnace was working fine and has been ever since. This should have been a relatively quick fix which James could have done and been on his way, but he took the extra time to make the unit functioned CORRECTLY and not just good enough to get by. The furnace is a 1989 model, and needs to be replaced. I appreciate that James took the time to work on what many service people would consider a lost cause, and not worth repairing. The cost of the repair was fair. I will definitely consider Tulley's when I finally replace the furnace."
