Both locks on window broken, they repaired with correct new locks. They then helped me to understand how the window worked to make washing easier. "One of the two owners of Treasure Valley Exteriors came to look at our problem & promptly made the repairs himself.  We had 3 roof shingles lying in our back yard that we thought might have blown off of our roof during a recent windy storm.  Our roof is too tall to see if they were from our roof or where they belonged.  The owner promptly climbed the roof & was able to re-install the shingles at the very peak of the roof (really high up there).  He brought down a picture which clearly showed the missing tiles.  Now we can relax when it starts to rain.  We had not decided whether to tackle looking for a roofing company to check things out or to trust that the shingles were from the neighbors when I happened to see this special on Angie's List.
