Troy came out over a year ago to quote - he spent nearly 4 hours on my property making sure that he understood exactly what was going on with each of my buildings. He took several pictures and gave a very estimate. I had several other companies come out to provide quotes & they just simply weren't as thorough or kind. Troy continued to follow up and once we were able to budget for the project, he came out and made sure nothing had changed. Throughout the job he took TONS of pictures so I didn't have to go under the building to check it out. They were professional & very respectful of our business operations. "The guys from 4-Ever Water-Tite were great! Prior to contracting 4-Ever Water-Tite, I had problems with water and excess moisture in my basement. My basement walls were also pushing in laterally. They put in a perimeter drain system and a new sump pump. They also installed steel support beams to support the walls. I am happy to report that it has now been a full year since 4-Ever Water-Tite worked on waterproofing my basement and it has remained dry. I highly recommend this company."

"We had a very positive experience from the very first phone call all the way through to the finished product.

My husband spotted a crack on the outside of our foundation and contacted Stay-Dry. Wayne, the salesman, returned his call right away and set up an initial inspection both inside and outside. The inside basement wall was covered by dry-wall so Wayne told him that he would do another inspection after it was removed. After the second inspection he gave us a very thorough quote and said that the service manager, Perry, would contact us on Monday. Just as promised, Perry called and set up a final inspection. My husband was at work during the final inspection so Perry very patiently explained everything to me and also assured me that there would be very little mess as they use a vacuum cleaner and set up a tent around the work area.

Work was scheduled for the following Friday and Jim and Caleb were right on time. They were both very polite and professional and Jim explained one final time what they were going to do. He also kept me up-to-date throughout the day as they finished each step. The job took about 6 hours and when they were finished the only evidence that they had been there was the completed work. They did such a great job cleaning up that there was no cement dust anywhere.

Overall we were very impressed with how professional and friendly everyone was and with the work completed. We definitely recommend for any foundation repair.
