I could have waited to see if the parts I needed could be sourced but since the heater was 14 years old I opted to install a new one. "Alain was a very kind, caring, heplful worker. He did not leave until everything was working. I had two issues. One , toilet water running too slowly. He went out and got the new part, and installed it. The other project was a spray attachment to the utility room sink. A couple of relatives checked it, and it still leaked or popped off. Alain worked on it and contacted a store for a new part. He found out the problem and fixed it . The old one had a part missing from the store purchase i had made months ago.
