"Simon Roofing was a "Barn Saver" for me! We hired a Roofing Company a few of years ago to do repairs due to wind. That "company" took our money (over $2000) and never stepped foot on our property, we never recovered our losses! We were quite soured over the whole experience. Simon Roofing was a Blessing! A 50 x 100ft barn with 14ft sidewalls built about 15 years ago. I really appreciated the pictures and video of repairs made to my barn and house roof. I would never be able to "see" that for myself without his pictures and videos. :) I don't do heights! Out of 3 Contractors, Ian was the only one that actually responded, and communicated and followed thru. Outstanding and refreshing! Ian understood, my need for immediate repairs due to previous wind damage with impending weather and wind. He provided quick and precise quotes with prompt answers to any questions I had. He provided clear and concise quotes for other projects I asked him to address. He emailed a very user-friendly agreement to sign and there was absolutely no pressure to sign. His Crew was Professional and went right to work and wasted no time getting my repairs completed. They worked on my Barn the day before Thanksgiving and headed for Family in Texas once my repairs were completed. I appreciate them very much and hope they had a wonderful Thanksgiving! "We are very satisfied with our experience with using AE as our general contractor for the repairs to our house following the catastrophic hail storm that hit Fountain, Colorado on 13 June 2018, and would recommend them to anyone. They were doing the same work for a neighbor whose judgement I trust because, like me, he is very picky and exacting. Tony Turner offered to give us a free estimate, and we ended up signing a contract with AE. They are experienced in dealing with the insurance companies and inspectors. Tony was present when the USAA claims inspector came, and helped me make sure everything was completely documented. The initial settlement estimate from USAA was enough to cover all repairs, and we didn't have to argue for additional money. We got a new roof which is not only far better than our old one, but better than the new roofs many of our neighbors have. The materials have a true 50-year transferable warranty. We got all new windows which were far better than the original ones, new gutters, exterior paint, new garage door, and refinished our fence and deck. Everything was done well, in a timely manner, and within the budget of our claim settlement funds. Every item was replaced or repaired better than it was before, which has increased the resale value of our house. One huge advantage of using AE as a general contractor for the work covered by our insurance claim is that we did not have to pay any costs up front for materials, etc., which we couldn't have done. It took 6 months for our mortgage company to release our claim settlement funds, but AE was able to wait to be paid in full in one lump sum. The fact that they are an established and reputable company whose main office is in Denver means that, unlike many of the fly-by-night roofers and contractors who flocked to the area after the storm, they will be here to stand behind their work, including that of their subcontractors."

He explained why we had leaks and how they would be rectified when they roofed. He then worked with our insurance agent which turned out to be a good thing. Our roof was done in one day and looks wonderful. They did everything that was promised and a little more. We also got new gutters, paint and several boards replaced. It was nice to have everything managed under one umbrella since each task depended on the others. James monitored the whole process to ensure all was as it should be.
