Get matched with top tankless water heater installers in Encino, CA

"Absolutely Fabulous! Great service and very reasonable priced. We replaced an old 14-year Noritz tankless with a new Noritz tankless and this company is top notch. From the folks answering the phones (Nicole) to the on-site technicians (Evan was great), we received 100% fantastic, reliable, and fast service. Anthony spent 30-45 minutes on the phone discussing various model options before Evan arrived to take photos and assess the installation. Evan then presented us with clear bids for 2 different model options and returned with a colleague to install the new unit 2 days later. We would recommend this company to anyone wanting a tankless water heater. We also liked how the bid and invoicing process was handled 100% electronically. We also received texts and emails reminding us of the appointments and techs pending arrivals. 5 stars all around!!"

"They changed the heater quickly, removed the old one for the agreed price. The price was the lowest of 4 quotes. Apparently they have a stock ready as they started working immediately after I accepted their quote."

"Perfectly. They cleaned everything up, explained how the system worked and how often it needs attention, and hauled away the old hot water heater. They arrived on time, worked steadily, and finished before dinner time."

"I returned home from a trip and found water all over my downstairs bathroom and adjoining shed. It was late afternoon and I called Western Rooter who agreed to come out first thing the next day, I had a pretty sleepless night. Rene showed up the next day and assessed the situation and started clean up. Tony soon joined him and the two worked all day until after dark and helped me with cleanup and putting things right. They explained to me what they were doing and why along the way. I felt they charged a fair price. I am so grateful for their service and highly recommend Western Rooter."

"Kenny was very helpful and explained everything very well. He told me about the rebate i get with tankless water heaters that other ppl did not when getting quotes. That saved me about a thousand dollars."

"Ryan did an excellent job! Very polite and detail oriented. He made sure that he and the crew installed everything to code, tested everything, and left the area as clean as they found it. I would definitely recommend RR and Ryan!"

"The team of this company which included Samuel, Agapito and Sergio did a wonderful job. The job was really hard. It included removing an old water heater from a small cabinet under the stairs and placing a new heater which was taller. I am very grateful for their job."

"Based purely on these reviews, GMC was the first and only company I called to install a recirculating tankless water heater. I found Geremi to be extremely reliable, and an excellent communicator via text or whatever. He told me in advance when he would arrive, which he confirmed often, he DID show up on time, the job site was clean and the installation was well done. I asked Geremi to come back to our house a few days later to make some minor adjustments to the system. He did so without hesitation and without any additional charges. I have nothing but positive comments for GMC plumbing."

"Eric and his mate Ellis arrived on time. Despite being big guys, they got into a tight space to check and later replace my hot water heater. Both courteous, friendly, able to promptly answer questions."
