"Mr Woolever came to give us an estimate to move oddly placed kitchen cabinets. He gave us a better idea about where to move them so as to maximize their use. And he did the cabinet move for a great price. While he was at our home, we discussed the problem with the garage door, he noticed the garage door frame was slanted. Upon further inspection, he found the header beam was split. So Mr Woolever suggested it should be fixed immediately. Our garage door service company concurred. So within a day of the cabinet job being finished, he also finished reframing the garage opening. Needless to say, the garage door seals, and our home is much warmer. However I was supposed to receive a $ 100. rebate from the Durasol Awnings., Inc. for the purchase of Durasol Sun Shelter S4500 Retractable Awning, it is now nearing six months, despite reminder I still have not received the rebate. That is WRONG."

"Sears' package of services allowed me to worry very little because they coordinated all the trades. Sears has a longstanding reputation for standing behind their products, something I had not found to be true with other contractors I had used in the past. Thecarpenter/job coordinator who did the refacing work was wonderful to work with, making minor modifiations as necessary to fit my needs.  I had not originally intended to purchase new appliances, but Sears offered me such a great discount that I added a new cooktop, double ovens (which required some cabinet modifications), and a dishwasher, which were installed by the carpenter.  He also coordinated the quartz countertop and flooring installations. All of the work Sears did was well done and professional. After the job was completed, I noticed that a door in the den that had to be cut off to accommodate the new flooring was a bit rough, and they sent the carpenter back to fix it within a week. I was somewhat concerned that I would not like the laminate used to reface the wood cabinets, but it has turned out to be very attractive, more durable than wood, and easy to clean.  No one can even find the seams in the quartz countertop or the Congoleum flooring, so I feel that their workmen are very experienced and skilled. I not only would recommend Sears to others, I would use them again for other work."
