Explain very well what was wrong with the old, outdated cartridge, which is 15 years old. Give me the choice to replace the whole assembly because they do not make that kind of cartridge anymore. It took several hours, but money well spent. Excellent job and did the cleaning of the bathroom too. I recommended this company and the technician as always. Great job, look as new."

I have worked with this company for years. The person they sent out was always pleasant and professional. BUT now they were beyond rude. And I still don’t have a working stove!"
