"Mark from Water Heater Medic did an outstanding job. From the first phone call to determine the price to setting up my appointment to the actual installation, everything was terrific. After determinating that my water heater replacement/installation in the basement would not be a complicated one (e.g., no stairs, no tight spaces), he gave me a bit of a discount. The final price he quoted me was lower than everyone else. (I would say much lower because I don't want to give the impression that his price was suspiciously cheap in exchange for shoddy work. his work was in fact excellent and an outstanding value.) Setting the appointment was quick and painless. Mark worked around my busy schedule, which I very much appreciated. During the installation, Mark kept me informed of what he was doing. The whole process only took about an hour and he left my home just as clean as it was before he arrived. I will use Water Heater Medic for all of my future water heater needs and would definitely recommend them."

"The work done was excellent. The plumber was also extremely personable and professional. The only thing I had a problem with was the high price. I guess I'm not used to paying someone else for jobs I used to be able to do myself."

"Called and scheduled repairs, came out within a day and fixed one bathroom immediately and I had to reschedule the next bath repair a few days later. Worked great and I highly recommend!!"

"Was quoted over the phone for the job, which was very reasonable compared to others. Alvin also got back to me right away with answers to additional questions I had. He was able to schedule the job right away, which we needed since a hot water heater went bad. The two technicians showed up early and were very courteous and thoughtful about keeping the house clean while they worked. Eric and Gael did a great job. They were fast and efficent. I would not hesitate to hire Alvin's again."

"Thetechnician was friendly and did a great job of servicing my boiler and mini splits"

"Our water heater started leaking on a Sunday. I waited til Monday morning to start calling plumbers. I wanted a hot water heater with heat pump that would be eligible for a $750 rebate thru Energize CT. Fred was not familiar with the program, but made a few calls to gather info, called me to discuss and then ordered the unit which was delivered later that day. Unit was installed next morning. Fred was great to deal with, communicated with me throughout the process & did a fantastic job. I even asked for a quote to install a sink in my basement. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services."

"Ash and M did a great job. Neat, courteous, professional — did great work on jacuzzi faucet replacement, including all associated plumbing. Explained everything when complete."
