"Called the original installers from 12 years ago but they weren’t very responsive. Ray Page responded with same day service and worked with my schedule. They sent text alerts with picture of Scott. Scott has been to my house before to fix Kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. Very professional and nice. This time, he did the big job, replaced the water heater and cleaned up as well. Very reliable service."

"If Fred cannot repair it, no one can. He identified the problem, which was right in front of us, and we could not. Part was unavailable from manufacturer, but he found a way to find same part but better built than the original. Would definitely hire again. "We had a little issue - did not ask a lot of questions or do a visual inspection before snaking our shower drain - turns out we should not have done that due to this drum trap we had. Long story short ending up breaking a pipe - but it was all so old we needed to get it replaced anyway. I had to fight for what I thought was right, but at the end of the day they took care of the price and the situation. Overall this company is probably too expensive for their quality of services, but they were very kind and worked hard to fix this situation."
