There were a ton of hiccups due to the LVP supplier (the LVP install date got pushed back multiple times and was about a month later than expected) and Chad was very gracious and flexible with it all. When he first quoted me for removing the tile and installing LVP he said he'd be able to reduce the cost if the tile came up pretty easy. He actually did just that! He also gave great recommendations and paid a ton of attention to detail. He helped with extra trim work, removed the caulking leftover from the baseboards being higher when there was tile, and went way beyond what was "contracted". The LVP flooring looks amazing by the way! I chose a cheaper Coretec, and he still made it look like a million dollars! Everything was kept very tidy through the process and he even hauled away an old cabinet for us as well. I'm very grateful to have found him here, I more than recommend!!"
