"the process from beginning to end was exceptional. Design work by Fernando was right on point and Justin Rector did an outstanding job managing the project. He was the person I depended on the most to keep the project going and keep me informed. I enjoyed working with him immensely. Jesse and Victor were exceptional in carpentry and build. Even the subcontractors used were outstanding and their work was high quality. Of particular note was the tile/floor installer, Marcello. He is a true craftsman. The project went smoothly and the disruption in the house was kept to a minimum. I would recommend the company if you are seeking a stress free beginning to end design/build company that provides a beautiful high quality end product."

"Beyond excellent. Floor replacement was done at two intervals, three rooms at a time. They are beautiful. We had too much glass open to the patio, TFL took out existing glass doors and constructed a wall which was then stuccoed to match house. You can't tell that it isn't an original part of the house. The house painting, most recent job, was beyond excellent. For all the work, there was excellent preparation and execution. Clean up was superb, all areas after each job were left spotless. We have had Tom and his crew back over and over and would hire them for any job. The price is fair and consistent with the market. The quality of the work, however, is priceless."

I had a general color scheme with some style references to start from and Gina did a great job as designer making it fit to the space and sourcing product to match as we narrowed down the choices to the final design. Daniel the contractor kept me informed on the work scheduling and handled bumps along the way like switching the round pop-up outlets to square ones when the demolition revealed unexpected clearance issues. They were very accommodating to reusing my existing appliances and saving some of the fixtures that I wanted for my laundry room. My kitchen looks awesome and the gain in functionality is a massive improvement from my original layout."
