Andre Williams (owner) answered the initial call promptly, provided an over-the-phone quote in the work I needed done, promptly scheduled the install, arrived and took his time to do everything top-notch, educated me on proper service, maintenance and operation of e equipment, tested everything and finished the job by spotlessly cleaning up the work space and then provided the invoice with no surprises (even though the install took two days instead of one.)
