He accessed the line from the basement toilet flange and found multiple clogs that had not been fully cleared. What stood out was his thoroughness. He kept working until the line was fully cleared, then tested everything multiple times. He left the cleanout open and had me run all upstairs faucets and flush toilets to confirm that water was flowing properly to the sewer before wrapping up. Everything was done the right way — no shortcuts and no upselling, just a straightforward and professional approach. It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes the time to do the job right and makes sure everything is fully working before leaving. The issue has been completely resolved. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend their services."

"I was so happy to have found Ralph on Angie's List. I called at 8:15 in the morning and he was here as promised at 11:30. He spent time with me analyzing the problems and explaining everything to me in great detail in a way I could understand. We were able to arrive at a plan to fix the immediate problems right away and then to address some other issues in subsequent visits. He, his assistant Paul, and another gentleman named Joe were absolutely wonderful. They THOROUGHLY snaked my drains and the sewer line better than anyone else every has. They were here for 2 hours instead of 30 minutes like other companies I had called in the past. They were polite, and professional at all times and did a great job cleaning up my bathroom when they were done. Ralph offered some great suggestions to solve some other problems I have without pressuring me. As a result I have already scheduled some more work. I only wish I had called him a year ago instead of wasting money on smaller, less experienced companies who never really solved the problem. "George responded right away via Angie?s text and then a phone call. Came out the next day to attempt to snake two clogged tubs on second floor of a side-by-side two family home, connected to one sewer line.. Clog was more severe than expected. Came back next day with partner to find pipe where they join but it was behind kitchen cabinet of both homes. Decided to bypass existing line and run new lines from each tub, join them and then drop a sngle pipe to the basement and reconnect to near the main drain. George and his team were professional and communicated in a timely manner. Cleaned up and covered opening with plastic and suggested not to close wall for a week and inspect for any leaks. No leaks so far. Closing walls this weekend. Offered us a great price and an unbeatable 12 month payment plan. Thank you George and team."

"We had an emergency plumbing issue at our home that began on a Saturday evening while extended family was staying with us. We did not know where to begin. I called several plumbers on Yelp and no one was interested in coming out to a home at 7pm on a Saturday night until I stumbled upon Ignacio at IG Sewer and Drain Cleaning Services. "From the moment I called and made an appointment for The Plumber to come to the end of the project it was so seamless I called. I got the owner. I got April who works in the office. They are so pleasant. "Deen and Ahmed are amazing! When I phoned, Dean was able to arrange a next-day appointment, with a two-hour arrival window and a promise to phone when he was en route. Right on time, he phoned to say he would be at my house in 1/2 hour, which he was. Our system is an ancient, over 30 year old unit, which, though still blowing cold, needed a full recharge, due to an apparent small pinhole leak that must have been draining the refrigerant slowly but surely. While many companies would have insisted on trying to sell us a new, high end, expensive system, Deen understood that this would be a major expense, and advised us that it was worth running the old system as long as possible after refilling the refrigerant, and that it would likely get us through the summer, which was a huge relief! While we realize it's risky to refill an older system, which could have leaks, and whose leaks could worsen, we are so grateful to Deen for not pressuring us into taking the plunge immediately by purchasing a new system, while our old system was still functioning, leak notwithstanding. While refilling, the unit began to freeze, so Deen let it sit for 20 minutes to allow the freon to settle, before finishing the process. Rather than rushing off to the next job, he patiently waited the necessary time and safely completed the process. When it came time to pay, Deen was kind enough to give us a break on the per pound cost of refrigerant, since we had purchased a full refill's worth, so that the total cost was in our budget range for taking the risk of trying to last another season with our old unit. I very much enjoyed chatting with Deen, who is an extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, and pleasant guy, and will most certainly call him when our system is finally ready to be replaced, which may come this season or next. Either way, I appreciate his efforts at saving us from unnecessary spending, and his willingness and support for the gamble of refilling the system one last time, before RF22 refrigerant stops being produced in 2020.
