"Diego was amazing! He called me immediately after I requested a quote and was able to come within the hour of speaking with him! He went above an beyond the scope of work expected from a plumber. Our kitchen sink was clogged due to our old garbage disposal, he gave us the corresponding info I need to relay to our landlord but even went as far as repairing it to be useable til our landlord is able to replace it. Would definitely recommend him!"

"I am a returning customer. Tim and co did a stellar job installing my water softener. At the time when he gave me the quote for the softener, he also included a separate quote for a Reverse osmosis (RO) unit. At that time, I just did the softener with out the RO, thinking I would continue getting bottled water as I did. Fast forward to last week, I can no longer buy water in the larger 2.5 gallon cans due to high demand during the COVID 19 situation. The softener that Tim put has been working flawlessly for the last 2 years and I called NMP again to enquire about adding the RO system. They were very nice and still honored the original quote and got it done promptly. They gave me the option to install a separate faucet near the sink or have the water dispensed from the refrigerator. I chose the latter. I am glad I no longer need to depend on the stores for drinking water. Given the sudden high demand, NMP could have easily done price gouging if they were greedy. But they did not. It shows their high ethics, moral values and integrity in which they operate. I will continue to recommend Tim and Co to my friends and colleagues."

"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.

"We hired Overall Plumbing Heat & Cooling to replace a kitchen faucet and are very happy with the experience. When replacing the faucet they made us aware of a rusted part of the piping connecting to the dishwasher and recommended we replace it to avoid a flood. Sam & AJ went above and beyond to go purchase the necessary part rather than coming back another day and have us wait. They arrived promptly within the scheduled window, reviewed pricing and made sure the job was up to our standards before leaving. "Previously, I had gotten burned by a plumber from a different company during a water heater installation (literally, the house was on fire from blow torch - welding pipes) which made me very skeptical. When Moe and John arrived we reviewed the job and discussed the coupon that was offered as part of the service. When I learned that there were issues because of the "fine print" details of the job, I was ready to end the conversation and move on to the plumbing company. However, they were quick to honor the spirit of the coupon, gave me a fair price (though it was a little more than I initially wanted to spend - the job was more involved than I first thought) and even went with me to Home Depot to provide hands on recommendations regarding the replacement faucet. I paid for the faucet myself, so there was no mark up on the price and they installed it immediately; checking for leaks throughout the process to make sure there were no issues. They did an excellent job! I can wholeheartedly recommend them and yes, I would hire them again! Moe - Apologies for the late review, but I did keep my word."

"Again excellent service from Lenny and his son! I used them before on a previous issue with my fridge and they were the first I called. Prompt service and knew exactly what to do. I was worried it would take all day, from the time I called to the time they arrived, took about 20 minutes. Cleaned everything up and reassured me that it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. He even gave me some advice on how to prevent this from happening again. "Called about the main drain clog . They showed up the same day there tech Anthony worked very hard to get the very difficult clog cleared out. I very happy all the drains are working again. He was also to repair the leak on the faucet for the garden hose and stop the toilet from running while he was there. This was great because I didn’t have to take anothe day off from work. Will definitely be using them again"
