"The gentleman from Dudley spent a full 30 or 40 minutes on the phone with me to discuss a home that we were considering purchasing.  He went as far as looking at the property in MLS, scanning public records for asbestos removal projects performed on neighboring streets, and even looking at the development in Google Maps to confirm that nearby houses seemed to be the same age and design.  In the end, he recommended that we contact an independent testing laboratory and helped us understand what we should be considering with respect to this home purchase.

The person who performed the work, Jim, arrived around the time window they provided, with a little adjustment for the heavy rush hour traffic in the morning, and called ahead to notify of his ETA.  Jim was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work.  He provided very helpful information, described some issues with the chimney and the firebox, provided recommendations and good explanations of everything.
He took the time to do the fireplace measurements to provide the quotes for an insert, and some other related work.  They take thorough notes and pictures, document any relevant issues, and provide a follow up report with notations after the service.  The back office is very responsive and stays on top of things, even during their busiest time of the season.
