"I hired Integrity 1st Roofing in September 2017 to replace my roof. I had a great experience working with the Shaun, the Production Manager. Everything was in writing and done to my satisfaction. It is now October 2023. I have had no leaks or damage to any shingles. The inside attic has remained dry. In fact, the roof still looks new! I am grateful that I chose Integrity 1st Roofing. Of the three quotes I got, theirs was in the middle. I liked that too. This was the biggest purchase/repair for my home. Everything turned out very well. The quality is still excellent."

"Did not go to the top of the chimney and clean from that end.  Did not inspect the chimney, but gave me options for chimney repair which I found odd since he hadn't actually seen it from the top.
Prices quoted for exterior repair were higher than I had heard in the past from others.  One might think this would be because I had waited too long for repairs, but that couldn't be the case here because the serviceman did actually see the damage.
Contracted service was for chimney cleaning.  From what I can tell, that service was performed adequately.

"The installation went smooth. There were several heavy rains after the installation and the leaks have stopped. The installer kept me in the loop on his progress with emails and photos of before, during and after the installation. This information was very helpful to me and very much appreciated."

"All projects were completed with beautiful results. Their masonry division and pavers division both employ professional, seasoned crews who are assigned to the project with experienced foremen. With all of the projects there was meticulous care taken with the work, and they communicated with me about matters that came up along the way. The company was very easy to work with in negotiating the agreement, reviewing details, and getting responses to various questions along the way. There was a small group of stones, intended for capstones on a wall, that were not of the quality of the other stone, and they replaced those for me. The onsite foremen (John - masonry) and Rob (Pavers) were very careful with the details and the progress of the projects. They brought a lot of positive energy and enthusiasm to the work every day. They were careful to adjust the angles for drainage on the driveway, and were attentive to details that a lesser company might not pay attention to. They will purchase the quality of pavers/stone requested by the customer, and the Unilock pavers I chose to have installed both look beautiful, and appear to be durable also. They were attentive to protecting my home from construction dust, as I had requested, covering windows and doors in the vicinity, and cleaned up well after their work. I had a landscape design created for the overall plan for renovating the exterior of my home, and they comfortably worked with that design in establishing the dimensions of the various paver projects. I thought that the front area and driveway would look very nice as planned but it looks even better than I had hoped. Neighbors, and even the mail carrier have commented upon the awesome work; it is nice when one's neighbors can also enjoy and appreciate the results of a home project. Early in the planning stages I was deciding upon whether I was going to use HiCon's services for this work or another contractor. What tipped the balance was some advice from another contractor I had working at my home, who has had occasion to see HiCon's work over time because of the work that they do; their comment was that they thought I should contract with HiCon because their work is excellent and really holds up over time. Where this other contractor might see a more amateurishly constructed patio start to show signs of wear after a few years, the HiCon structures they have had occasion to see are often there many years later, still in good shape. I couldn't be more pleased with the work."

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"We were very happy with the job Greg did. He came out to give us an estimate in a timely manner. He was very thorough in assessing the problems with our chimney. We have an older house, and so he did a walk-around to check the rest of our masonry.
We had mentioned to Greg that we had some water damage in the house but we didn't know where it was coming in. While he was working, he noticed  that our front porch roof needed new flashing, and that may be the source of our moisture problem. He recommended a person to do the job. We had also asked him about some concrete work that we need done, and he gave us helpful advice and an estimate on that work as well. 
Greg was always on time and professional. Rain interrupted things, but Greg and his associate, John, were on the job as soon as the weather permitted, and even came on Saturday morning to finish up.
We are very confident in the work that he did. Other estimates that we received included replacing the cap, but Greg recognized that the cap we had was a very good one, so he was able to paint it rather than replace it. Greg noticed that there was a brick missing at the roof line. He happened to have an old brick that matched ours, and fixed that as well. 
Greg is a truly nice person. (He and John even took a few minutes to help our son with his car.)

"Blue Sky's 2 window washers were at the house for for almost three hours, working all the time but for a ''rain" break.  I wasn't home, but my wife, Vanessa, and our crew of small dogs followed them around and were exacting quality controllers. When I got home the spider webs and dog nose smudges were gone, and Vanessa was smiling.

"They came out and looked at the siding and did a temporary fix for free. I have not needed them to come back yet. I did not pay for it. The communication was good, I did not see them but I talked to them on the phone."

"Tommy and his team did a great job on our chimney! Once it finally stopped raining Tommy and his crew got to work and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Anytime I texted Tommy he would respond answering any questions I had. His work was top notch, rebuilt the crown (which looks bomb proof) and cut out the brick mortar out down to the roof line. Tuck pointed and painted my chimney. Not single drop of water has come in since he finished his work. They cleaned up all materials afterwards too! Really pleased that we hired Tommy Mattingly Masonry, I will be using him again in the future for any of my masonry needs."
