"I hired Integrity 1st Roofing in September 2017 to replace my roof. I had a great experience working with the Shaun, the Production Manager. Everything was in writing and done to my satisfaction. It is now October 2023. I have had no leaks or damage to any shingles. The inside attic has remained dry. In fact, the roof still looks new! I am grateful that I chose Integrity 1st Roofing. Of the three quotes I got, theirs was in the middle. I liked that too. This was the biggest purchase/repair for my home. Everything turned out very well. The quality is still excellent."

"Not the first time I've dealt with this company (previous experiences also good). Turned out there was a lot of rotten decking (no surprise there, since I think most of it was original to the house). The new roof looks great, and was installed in one day. Cleanup was the best I've ever seen on such a job--only one stray nail found so far!"

"The crew knew exactly what had to be done. They were able to remove and reuse the existing siding, take down the existing chimney and rebuild it better and stronger than the original. The restoration was completed in a very timely and professional manner."

"Everything went as sold. Responsive communication; clarity about approach; flexibility with options; and completed the job on the day planned in less than one day. Re-roofing is messy work and when the crew left after finishing, the roof was the only sign they had been there. Professionally done at a fair price. I highly recommend Fusion Roofing."

"Fantastic! Cleaned up site every day. Very courteous and hard working crew. Crew leader helped to identify necessary bricks and tuck pointing to address."

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"Phenomenal!! Greg is awesome! He is reliable, prompt, affordable, and does excellent work. My wife and I just purchased our first home and we had a chimney leak, bricks needing repairing, etc... Greg was cognizant of how cost sensitive we were and Instead of coming up with a laundry list of things to get fixed , he was more of an advisor and worked with me to come up with the best solution for us and our situation. Greg is extremely experienced and knowledgeable, he explained the ins and outs of the issues I was having, why I was having them, and what I could do to mitigate them moving forward. OVERALL AN A+++ EXPERIENCE !!"

"In general did a good job.  Showed up on time and got started promptly.  Cleaned up well after themselves.  Fast and efficient.  Only negatives were one small window & storm that was overlooked.  They also had a problem with one of our curtain rods that required some DIY repair on my part.  Not clear whether it was actually a rod failure or if a part was broken due to inexperience on worker's part, but am willing to give them benefit of the doubt since the rest of the job/experience went well.
Price seemed pretty competitive and they squeezed me into their schedule just prior to Thanksgiving holiday..  Would hire again.

"They came out and looked at the siding and did a temporary fix for free. I have not needed them to come back yet. I did not pay for it. The communication was good, I did not see them but I talked to them on the phone."

"Tommy and his team did a great job on our chimney! Once it finally stopped raining Tommy and his crew got to work and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Anytime I texted Tommy he would respond answering any questions I had. His work was top notch, rebuilt the crown (which looks bomb proof) and cut out the brick mortar out down to the roof line. Tuck pointed and painted my chimney. Not single drop of water has come in since he finished his work. They cleaned up all materials afterwards too! Really pleased that we hired Tommy Mattingly Masonry, I will be using him again in the future for any of my masonry needs."
