"They were phenomenal, from Dan the owner to Bill the production manager and the most amazing crew of Ricky, Nathan and Nathan. Dan was gracious to gove me multiple quotes and answer numerous questions and he even stopped by my house on the last day of install to see how everything was going, he was just pure class and with NO high pressure sales tactics at all. Bill was great as well to explain how everything would go, how long it would take and gave us everything we asked for. But as great as these guys were the install crew was the best possible experience. Ricky, Nate and Nate were courteous and professional and cleaned up everything great. Ricky was just amazing and even joked with my kids a little about how the windows were installed. This is a top notch group who I will constantly sing their praises for many years to come and will only use them in the future for any window or door projects. "The whole process was very smooth. I contacted JFK about doing the job and John, the owner came out to meet me and give me an estimate. A few days later a written estimate was sent to me and I placed a deposit so the door could be ordered. The door was ordered on April 18th and I got an email saying the door was in on May 2nd. The guys showed up May 8th right on time, removed my old broken storm door and installed the new one with a custom cut and painted wood frame inside of 2 1/2 hours. All materials were cleaned up and removed along with the old storm door. Job well done. I would definitely hire them again for any door or window needs."

"They were really good. I spent $4000 or $5000 on that work. They came out and replaced every window in my house. They were friendly and the price for what they were providing me with was excellent. James is the owner and he is very much a perfectionist. He did not like the way one window was installed and he actually paid to replace it. I would tell others that I had no complaints about them and that they did a good job and the price was good. They are not the most punctual."
